Install in Gmail
  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. In Gmail, open Settings → See all settings → General.
  3. Scroll to Signature, create one, and paste into the box.
  4. Set it as default for new mail and replies, then Save Changes.
Install in Outlook
  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Go to Settings → Mail → Compose and reply (web) or File → Options → Mail → Signatures (desktop).
  3. Create a new signature and paste it in.
  4. Assign it to new messages and replies, then save.
Install in Apple Mail
  1. Open Mail → Settings → Signatures and add a new one.
  2. Untick “Always match my default message font.”
  3. Click Copy signature above and paste it into the preview box.
  4. Drag the signature onto the account you want it on.
