November 2025 - An Important Update to Our Payment Processing Fees

Learn about an important update to our payment policy. We explain our new 3.5% credit card processing fee and show you how to easily avoid it using ACH.

At Kingswood Digital, we are committed to maintaining transparency while providing the best possible service to our clients. In that spirit, we are writing to inform you of an important change to our payment policy, which will take effect on November 3rd, 2025.

What Is Changing?

Beginning November 3rd, 2025, all invoices paid using a credit or debit card will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

This fee will be automatically added to your invoice total at checkout only when you use a card as the payment method.

Why Are We Making This Change?

The convenience of paying by card comes with significant processing costs from credit card networks and payment providers. Until now, we have absorbed these expenses. However, as these fees have continued to rise, it has become necessary to implement this charge to cover the costs associated with these transactions.

This adjustment allows us to continue investing in the quality of our services without broadly increasing our prices for all clients.

How You Can Easily Avoid This Fee

We want to provide a clear and simple way for you to avoid this new fee entirely.

We strongly encourage you to use ACH bank transfers for all invoice payments.

Selecting the ACH payment option at checkout is our preferred method and remains completely free for you to use.

  • No Additional Costs: You will not be charged the 3.5% processing fee.

  • Simple & Secure: ACH payments are a direct, secure transfer from your bank account.

  • Easy to Use: You can select this option directly on the invoice payment page.

What to Expect

Moving forward, when you go to pay an invoice, you will have two options:

  1. Pay with Credit/Debit Card: This option will include the 3.5% processing fee.

  2. Pay with ACH: This option has no processing fee.

We deeply value your business and your partnership. This change allows us to manage our costs fairly while giving you a clear choice to avoid any extra charges.

If you have any questions about this new policy or need assistance with setting up ACH payments, please don't hesitate to contact our team.

Thank you for your understanding.
